Made-to-order
Volver is a made-to-order company which means that we do not keep stocked items.
Please allow time for pieces to be made. Estimated ship windows will be provided either on the product page or via email.
Made-to-order items are exchangeable on a case by case scenario. Please email us to confirm eligibility. We do not accept returns on our made-to-order items.
There is a 30% fee for orders that are cancelled after 36 hours of the order placement. After 14 days, all cancelations will incur a 50% fee. The fee helps offset any costs incurred from starting the piece such as: patterns, materials, samples, etc.
Shipping
Volver offers complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders.
All orders are fully traceable on our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Volver offers exchanges on a case by case scenario. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, we can not offer an exchange.
All international orders are responsible for shipping their exchanges back.

To be eligible for the exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
